Paid Time Off & Personal Time Off

Home Lumber & Supply Company recognizes and observes six holidays throughout the year. On these federally recognized holidays, the store remains closed, and all regular full-time employees are granted paid time off. The following holidays are observed:

 

  • January: New Year’s Day
  • May: Memorial Day
  • July: Independence Day
  • September: Labor Day
  • November: Thanksgiving Day
  • December: Christmas Day

 

Home Lumber recognizes the value of team members taking time off from work during the year, as it can enhance productivity upon their return. Personal Paid Time Off (PPTO) is provided for you to utilize when you require time away from work for various reasons. This includes personal time off for family vacations, appointments, bereavement, or any other personal needs that may arise. PPTO should also be utilized in cases of illness or unforeseen personal events that prevent you from working.
